Terms and conditions stated apply to beauty services provided by Deesse Beauty ABN: 32 423 101 249. Upon making a booking with Deesse Beauty you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right at all times to make changes or updates to these Terms and Conditions at any time without providing you with prior notice.
Any changes or updates to these Terms and Conditions will apply immediately at the time of posting on the Website.

Payment type accepted; Cash and EFTPOS (Square payment).
R E S C H E D U L I N G
If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment, if within 24 hours of your original scheduled appointment you may reschedule via our booking system or your email confirmation.
C A N C E L A T I O N S
If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, you may cancel via our booking system or your email confirmation. Just click "cancel appointment".
L A T E - A R R I V A L S
To avoid disappointment and fees, when attending your booking please make an effort to arrive on time or if possible 5 minutes earlier. Late arrivals will not be able to have their full appointment accomplished. Bookings attended later than 5 - 10 minutes will be cancelled. No shows will not be tolerated, if no notice of cancellation is made you will be invoiced the full quoted amount of the serviced which is required to be paid within 14 working days, further actions will be implemented if necessary.
H E A L T H
For the safety of my clients, any client that shows any symptoms/signs of any contagious infections such as; cold sores, staph Infections, open cuts, conjunctivitis etc, will have their appointment rescheduled, or receive a credit note. Clients must advise Deesse Beauty of any allergies, illnesses, skin conditions, eye conditions, acne medications etc prior to the appointment. In no event shall Deesse Beauty have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised.
P R E P A R A T I O N S
For best results for Henna/HD treatments, you may arrive to your appointment product, tan and makeup-free around your brow area. If any tint is applied on top of existing tan or if the tan is applied after your brows have been tinted you may expose your brows to some issues including; darkening, tint bleeding or smudging, or discolouration. However, your Lash lift/lash tint treatment appointment will be cancelled if you do arrive with mascara/eyeliner/lashes/glue on.
A F T E R C A R E
Please be sure to follow all aftercare allocated to you after each treatment. Oily skin types may experience quicker fading. Clients who choose to go with a lighter shade of tint will also experience quicker fading. In no event shall Deesse Beauty have any liability to the results or longevity of each treatment performed.
M O T H E R S
To mothers; babies and children are more than welcome! Babies in strollers, if secured well and position close by are welcomed. However, all children/babies must be supervised at all times. Please be mindful that allocated time is set per client and your appointment may not be completed if an issue occurs which cuts into the time of your appointment. All damages/mess must be replaced, cleaned or reimbursed.

Deesse Beauty reserves the right to take photographic or film records of treatments, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes - only with clients consent.

In these cases, we would supply only the personal information that the third parties need to carry out their functions and not for any other purpose.

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website; however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

Our products offer a researched and proven skin problem solutions for use at your own discretion and does not provide a specified and individualised treatment suggestion.
PRODUCT USE
When you order a product from Deesse Beauty, you do not hold Deesse Beauty accountable for any reactions caused by our skincare. Patch testing prior to use is recommended to test for any possible side effects. Consumers are encouraged to discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
PRODUCT ORDERS
When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address and telephone contact details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
We accept no responsibility for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If you provide an incorrect address and delivery is completed, you will be responsible for the purchase. If you provide an incorrect address and delivery is not completed, the order will be returned to us and you will be responsible for any charges incurred in re-delivering the goods to the correct address.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours of being received except during on public holidays or during festive seasons and depending on availability of ingredients. Deesse Beauty cannot make guarantees on behalf of the couriers we engage, particularly where delivery times are concerned. Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only and we take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
Once you have submitted an order, you may not cancel that order.
The goods will be sent to you when we have received payment.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
We may offer promotional discount codes which may apply to any or certain purchases made through the Deesse Beauty website or social media. Promotional codes are valid for a specific time period and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes, including automated discounts at the shopping cart. If you use a promotional code to purchase a product, in which you later exchange or return, and the price has returned to normal, you will only be refunded the amount that you paid. Any further conditions of using the promotional codes will be specified at the time. Promotional codes have a limit of one user per customer and can only be redeemed online during the dates specified.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Deesse Beauty will provide refunds in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act (Australian Consumer Law). Please note, refunds are not provided for change of mind.
You may be entitled to an exchange or refund of a product or service where it is: faulty/damaged; significantly different from its description/sample; out of date.
If there is a problem with a product or service, and it can be remedied, we will attempt to remedy it within a reasonable time. If remediation is not possible, the above will apply, and you may be entitled to an exchange or refund.
Please keep and produce your proof of purchase for all refunds and exchanges (eg: your receipt).
