What are your delivery options?
AUSTRALIA
Standard shipping (5-7 business days) is free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged a $9.95 shipping fee.
Express post (1-2 business days) is free on orders over $200. For orders under $200, express shipping cost is $14.95.
How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
How soon do you process orders?
Online orders will be processed within 24 hours, or once the payment has gone through.

NEW ZEALAND
Standard shipping (6+ business days) is free on orders over $200. Orders under $200 are charged a $19 shipping fee.
Express post (2-4 business days) is free on orders over $300. For orders between $200 - $300, express shipping cost is $15. For orders under $200, express shipping cost is $33.
USA & CANADA
Standard shipping (6+ business days) is free on orders over $250. Orders under $250 are charged a $24 shipping fee.
Express post (2-4 business days) is free on orders over $500. For orders between $300 - $500, express shipping cost is $19. For orders under $300, express shipping cost is $39.
UK & IRELAND
Standard shipping (6+ business days) is free on orders over $300. Orders under $300 are charged $28 shipping.
Express post (2-4 business days) is free on orders over $500. For orders between $350 - $500, express shipping cost is $21. For orders under $350, express shipping cost is $43.
How do I use a voucher or a coupon code?
If you have a voucher or a coupon code please use it at checkout. We will not be able to change your order once the payment has gone through and you will have to use your voucher or a valid coupon code with your next purchase.
How do I return an item?
Deesse Beauty does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. In the event that a product is damaged or a wrong product has been sent, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and proof of purchase so we can organise a replacement product to be sent out to you.
What is your returns policy?
Deesse Beauty will provide refunds in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act (Australian Consumer Law). Please note, refunds are not provided for change of mind.
You may be entitled to an exchange or refund of a product or service where it is: faulty/damaged; significantly different from its description/sample; out of date.
If there is a problem with a product or service, and it can be remedied, we will attempt to remedy it within a reasonable time. If remediation is not possible, the above will apply, and you may be entitled to an exchange or refund.
Please keep and produce your proof of purchase for all refunds and exchanges (eg: your receipt).
